Justin T. Thiltgen | Principal & Owner

Having been born and raised in Iowa, Justin Thiltgen grew up with politics and grassroots organizing in his blood. During his studies in social & economic geography at the University of Iowa, Justin took a sabbatical to work on his first campaign in 1998 as a Field Organizer for Iowa’s coordinated campaign. Justin has since worked two cycles of Iowa’s Presidential Precinct Caucuses, has managed field operations for a State-wide Coordinated Campaign, a U.S. Congressional and U.S. Senate campaign.

Now, Justin serves numerous not-for-profit organizations and other for-profit clients with strategic campaign, communication, organizational, and operational consulting & management – via his consulting firm, Concentric Campaigns. Additionally, he is a licensed substitute teacher and is currently enrolled as a part-time student earning a MBA in Business Analytics.

He is the proud father of twin girls (Olivia & Eloise) and an uncle to nine nephews, whom he enjoys visiting at every opportunity. During his free time, Justin enjoys snow skiing, cooking, food gardening, playing darts & pinball, and spending time with friends and family.
